Receptionist
The Receptionist is the first impression of ACMTC is responsible to provide courteous and professional customer service to all guests, visitors and employees.

What you will own & improve:
- Manage the front desk including answering and routing incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in visitors/guests.
- Manage visitor check-in process including CTPAT checks as required, check-in questionnaire data/logs, and issuance of temporary badges.
- Manage the Learning Management System – Learning Link and ensure timely entry of all training records for quarterly and end-of-year reporting.
- Manage the facility badge access program including maintaining active list of all badges issued, creating replacement badges as needed, and annual badge replacement program.
- Support internship recruiting process with weekly distribution of incoming applications and interview coordination.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, packages etc.
What you already know:
- Have a High School Diploma and up to 5 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Have a positive professional attitude and are reliable with excellent attendance.
- How to communicate and collaborate with internal team members and build rapport with all employees at all levels.
- Available to work 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday
How Success is measured:
- Up-to-date processing of Training Hours in our Learning Management System. Quarterly reporting should accurately capture where we are in our goal of 40 annual hours of training per employee.
- Guest/Visitor sign-in logs are maintained with required information and security/background checks completed per CTPAT requirements
What you will learn (if you don’t know already):
- How to navigate, and become proficient in multiple Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- How to use SAP applications including SAP, Success Factors HR Link, and Learning Link.
- The implementation process for a new Time and Attendance tool
- How to manage a Learning Management System for training hours tracking
