Renewal by Andersen - Sales Admin

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) of Saint Louis MO is a division of Andersen Corporation - the largest and most recognized window brand in the United States. We are the company's exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement team. We have received numerous awards for several years running including BBB Award of Excellence, BBB Torch Award, and have an A+ Rating from the BBB.

This position requires an ability to create, build and strengthen the relationships between RbA and customers. Maintains a customer-centric to support RbA Signature Service standards.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for the Sales Team
• Create, verify, and edit all sales orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Respond to and investigate inter-departmental and customer inquires
• Liaise between the Sales department and Customer Relations team to ensure all sales are moving forward appropriately
• Schedule measures for the Measure Tech team during business hours
• Communicate important feedback from Sales Team, Measure Techs & Customer Relations
• Provide shipping estimates to Customer Relations team
• Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations

Experience/Requirements

• Prefer 3 years' experience in customer service/relations, scheduling, and parts ordering
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and outstanding customer service are required.
• Ability to meet proposed deadlines
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
