RN Unit Manager Job at Confidential
The Unit Manager RN assists in the managing and coordinating and nursing department staff and processes to ensure residents receive excellent care. Coaches and mentors staff. Builds trusting relationships with staff, residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Current RN License in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR Certification
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Prior nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
- Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,839.00 - $73,279.00 per year
