The HAWE North America Sales Development Program is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of our business and hands-on work experience to assist young professionals in starting a successful outside sales career.

What You Will Do:

Rotate through the functional areas within our lines of business:

• Operations: Production, Assembly, Warehouse
• Technical Support/ Engineering
• Inside Sales
• Service and Repair
• Field Training with our Territory Sales Team

**Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be transitioned to a Territory Sales Representative role to manage a sales territory of their own.

What You Will Need:

• Sincere desire to begin a career in outside sales
• Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC for training (relocation assistance provided)
• Willingness to travel to various site locations for training
• Associates Degree in Applied Science or related field (must be completed prior to June 2022)
• Permanent Work Authorization in the US is required

What We Would Prefer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (must be completed by June 2023)
• Knowledge of fluid technology
