Rapid City Window & Glass, now under new ownership by Riddle’s Group, is looking to hire a Sales Representative/Estimator in Rapid City, SD for residential windows, glass replacement, and shower and bath enclosures. We work with contractors and remodelers as well as direct to homeowners. So, if you can read a tape measure and love to work with people or have been a specialty salesperson selling flooring, stone, lighting, plumbing, or other high-end products where service counts, we would love to meet you.

NOT a cold-call sales job

We are looking for someone with friendly communication and interpersonal skills to follow up on qualified leads provided by the company and self-generated contacts. Identify customer needs, educate on the best window or glass solution options, present proposals, and follow through with client until job completion.

Qualifications

• Clear and friendly communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong basic math skills and use of a tape measure.
• Clear and readable handwriting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Site or home visits to measure, inform and suggest options and provide quotes.
• Accurately measure existing openings to provide reliable sizing for quoted products.
• Build lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
• Work individually and as part of a team.
• Complete relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements Include:

• Able to confidently read a tape measure and make simple calculations.
• Exceptional verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• Keep a positive energy, be goal driven, and be a self-starter.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Quick-thinking, problem-solving attitude.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
