We are extending our Engineering team and we need Passionate Scrum Masters who can facilitate the
execution of development sprints.

About the team:
The Engineering Team at Vista Global is a technical function that includes Server Side Development, Front End Development (web sites, IOS and Android apps), Quality Assurance, and Scrum Team. We take ownership and are accountable for the actual production and building of the given products and services. Through consistent improvements, deep knowledge, and architecture creativity, we make dreams come true.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Help the product owner and engineering team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the engineering teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum teams on removing impediments
- Plan and facilitate the execution of development sprints
- Monitor backlog forming, prioritization, and identify internal and external dependencies
- Continuously work on development process improvement
- Improve communication within the teams and cross-team
- Monitor the development process efficiency metrics
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.) is a plus
- Scrum master certification is a plus
