What you’ll do

• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Use practical and creative ways to find the best talent quickly
• Develop strong candidate outreach communications to attract them to Wintrust careers
• Consistently bring curiosity, self-motivation, and scrappiness to our team culture

Other Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders, recruiters, and HR to understand the requirements of the open role, develop a sourcing strategy, and provide market insights
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc. to identify in-demand talent for current openings and develop a talent pipeline for future openings
• Schedule career conversations with passive candidates to understand their goals and determine if our organization has opportunities that align with their interests
• Partner with TA Leadership to identify improvement opportunities to deliver a higher quality candidate experience
• Maintain consistent communication with recruiters, hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders on the status of active sourcing projects

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-5 years candidate sourcing experience
• Experience hiring different skill types and seniority levels
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through internet search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
