Special Projects Coordinator Job at Cargoquin Inc
Supports the Operations Manager in special projects of process improvement or new projects start up activities. Their main duties include planning, executing and maintaining each project to meet targets and deadlines, organizes & supervises staff on each project as needed. Create, maintains and presents progress and KPI reports on each project.
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems or bottle necks in the process and develop solutions
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Take lead on new warehouse operations setup, onboarding and training
- Take lead on new customer onboarding and setup
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all teams to keep workflow on track
- Manage project related paperwork and databases to ensure good record keeping of each project
- Direct project correspondences by preparing & reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes & emails
- Communicate with clients to identify and define projects requirements, scope and objectives
- Adhere to budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-savings measures
- Other projects as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project coordination, preferably, internaitonal logisitcs: 2 years (Preferred)
