Hello, We are looking to add an experienced Sr. UX Designer, Design System team member to our team based in Malvern, PA. This is a remote contract role through the end of 2023. There is opportunity for extension based upon performance and budget. The role pays $75-$85/hr based upon experience. Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and design for universal, reusable Patterns in the Constellation library
• Be responsible for outreach and enablement with product teams across the organization
• Bring visibility to the value and progress of Patterns with senior leaders
• Advocate for healthy balance of time and effort from shared resources (as contributors to the design system)
• Collaborate with the other designers across labs and families to ensure coherency of design patterns
• Understand and socialize end-to-end pattern creation and promote best practices for the design system team
• Work with Engineering, Content Strategy, User Research and Product teams to best understand multiple use cases
• Present designs at design critiques and update as needed
• Partner with the UX research and other product teams supporting the user testing of design system components
• Conduct competitive and comparative analysis; outside-in thinking
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal users and clients
