Stone Countertop Templater/Install Manager Job at Ashcraft Granite & Marble
Templater/Installation Manager candidate must be willing to re-locate within short commute to company location in Tyler, Texas. Compensation will be determined at interview and could be more than what is posted in this ad. We are open to negotiate total compensation based on each individuals experience. Points of negotiation could be health insurance, company vehicle, bonus pay structure and relocation expense. The right candidate would have experience in digital templating as well as installation of Stone Countertops. Other experience such as sales, fabrication, machine programming would be considerations towards employment. We are locally owned and the owner is involved daily with the business. We are a growing company with fully digital operation from Template to install. Our Fabrication shop is a wet shop with Park Saberjet - CNC Saw/waterjet, Northwood UFC-158 - CNC Router/Fabcenter, Park Fastback Line polisher and Park Pathfinder/Slabsmith - Photo inventory System. Our shop has Lindo recirculating water system and overhead bridge crane covering entire shop. The business is based on the individual homeowner with balanced portion in high end custom work with miters and waterfalls. General contractors make up aproximately 35% with 55% individual homeowner and 10% commercial. Experienced leader with an eye for detail would complement our team.
