Annual Hiring Range: $65,520 - $76,008

Position can be remote or hybrid (home and office)

Sandhills Center is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) serving

people in eleven counties in central North Carolina. We have a robust network of providers who offer

treatment and support for mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities and substance use

disorders.

Duties:

  • This position provides overall leadership to planning, developing, coordinating, executing,

evaluating, and reporting of training required by multiple contracts and plans, and ensures

the Learning Management System meets the content, evaluation and reporting requirements

of the Tailored Plan and Medicaid Direct contracts.

  • Work includes collaboration across internal departments, with external training vendors (such

as AHEC, UNC and private trainers), and with training departments from other LME/MCOs

when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a human service-related field; or a degree providing background in

organizational analysis and management development, from an appropriately accredited

institution with two years of experience in a progressive training role, which includes some

administrative/coordinative duties in staff development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field; or a degree providing background in

organizational analysis and management development, from an appropriately accredited

institution and four years of experience in a progressive training role, which includes some

administrative/coordinative duties in staff development.
