Transportation Dispatcher Job at Rowdy Resources
Rowdy Resources is hiring a transportation dispatcher for our frac sand division. This position is a 12-hour shift working a 4-on, 4-off schedule.
Candidates must exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, must be able to multi-task, and should possess excellent problem-solving skills. Comfort with computers and all forms of electronic communication is a must.
The job will be performed on location at our Tyler, TX office.
Our dispatchers are tasked with acting as a liaison between our drivers and our customers. They arrange for the delivery of the customers' loads, maintain truck utilization, act as a first response to any problems or issues, and ensure that delivery paperwork is submitted correctly. The job is a mix of logistic planning, data entry, and customer/driver relations.
Applying for this job means that you are able and willing to work a rotating 4-on, 4-off 12-hour shift. Please do not apply if you are unable to work this shift.
