Emergency Veterinary Hospital of Coeur d' Alene is looking for professional and skilled veterinary receptionists to join our team-oriented group. This is a privately owned Emergency practice that is very excited to provide outstanding patient care. Full-time and part-time positions soon will be available for all hours 24/7. Some assistant work may be required as part of the position. Experience in veterinary hospitals is mandatory. Wages are competitive to premium and based on experience. Utilize your skills, learn new techniques, and enjoy the diverse caseload while connecting with patients and clients. You will have the opportunity to excel in client and patient assistance, admission, triage, and discharge of patients. Every shift you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist pets and owners, and expand your knowledge of veterinary medicine. This requires occasional lifting of patients up to 50 lbs. As part of the team, you will join in the exam room and kennels in preparation for the next patient, assisting technicians and doctors with patients and treatments and entering record information. Computer skills are a plus, professional client communication is a must, with medical terminology always a benefit.
