• Innovas investment strategy was partially shaped by a change in the venture industry as a whole. Increasingly, traditional venture capital companies focus less on true early-stage investing as the financial risk/reward metrics have shifted in favor of later stage investing. This change in the industry has left a funding gap that has made it extremely difficult for startups in their formative stages to have access to venture capital. This lack of seed capital poses a long-term threat to our innovation-based economy and our countrys future competitiveness as a whole.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
• Providing accurate and timely product deliveries to scheduled customers, unloading product to the assigned area as directed by the customer
• Stocking and rotating product on various store shelves and displays, coolers merchandising all accounts to standard
• Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account.
• Generating invoices and maintaining responsibility for daily settlement of cash and charges
• Completing all necessary paperwork fully and accurately
• Performing all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations

• You can perform frequent reaching over shoulder, waist level, and from the floor
• You will be exposed to a variety of weather and temperature ranges, and you will safely operate the equipment during poor road and driving conditions
• You have the physical ability to maneuver loaded hand carts over a variety of inclines and surfaces
• You can perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting
