Document Preparation Specialist Job at Oregon Pacific Bank
Oregon Pacific Bank is looking for a Document Preparation Specialist!
This position will be responsible for preparing commercial and consumer loan documents. Preparation and review of loan documents requires an eye for details, accuracy, compliance, and an understanding of the entire client relationship and larger Bank picture.
The ideal candidate will join the team with commercial and consumer loan experience, however we are willing to train the right person who already has experience in one of these areas.
The ideal candidate will have some loan documentation experience, understanding all types of collateral perfection, SBA loan documentation, boarding and funding requirements, and ability to review post-closing trailing documents.
The Loan Support team culture revolves around teamwork and constant communication and there is a respectful and appreciative relationship with the loan officers and management.
The Bank dress code is business casual. This is a full-time position located at the Eugene branch.

Here are more details about the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Laser Pro.
- Ability to learn and apply applicable regulations regarding lending and bank policies
- Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, utilize and understand resources used for processes and regulations
- Ability to communicate orally in an effective manner via telephone, Teams, electronic mail and in-person
- Ability to tolerate high levels of stress
- Competency in providing exemplary client services with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks, procedures, and priority levels of the workload
- Ability to operate ten-key calculator or adding machine
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. if necessary
- Ability to transport, manage, organize, and store physical loan files.
- Ability to work full-time hours as scheduled
- Ability to work in a stationary position for long periods and travel to other departments and locations, as needed.
