MSS is currently seeking a candidate to lead Riggs Manor Retirement Community in the position of Executive Director.

MSS prefers at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a senior living community or large service-based organization, strong supervisory skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, experience with budget development, and preparation and strategic planning.
