You will be the face of our beautiful headquarters in South Plainfield, NJ, assisting our staff and customers with multiple administrative and clerical queries. Some Responsibilities:
Greet and direct people entering the organization
Manage queries coming from the public and our customers
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare correspondence and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Control inventory relevant to reception area/office
Maintain the reception area tidy
A few Requirements:
You are filled with energy and a desire to learn and succeed
Great communication skills
You must be available to work full-time: M-F 8am-5pm.
Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Excellent knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
WHAT WE OFFER:
$15-$17 and hour based on experience
Full benefits plus 401K and PTO
