Full Job Description
We are looking for a results driven shift lead to be responsible for the overall shift performance, such as 100% cookie availability, 100% customer satisfaction and proper training of Crew Members. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in fast paced environments with deadlines, desire to work quickly, and an attitude to work well with others. Leadership experience is a big plus. Food service industry experience in fast paced, customer focused food service environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain 100% Cookie Availability
- Maintain 100% Cookie Quality
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Continually training employees- striving for 100% quality, cleanliness and customer service
- Deal with all issues that arise from Crew Members or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
