General Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to support the production and assembly department. This includes, but not limited to hand process, count, assembly, check, test and package components and/or finished products. Requires reading and following work instructions and procedures, as well as following verbal instructions. As a member of the assembly and production team, you may be required to assist in other departments as the company needs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to read and understand written work instructions and/or visual aids
• Ability to verify part numbers and date codes on labels and boxes
• Rotate through different tasks/functions within manufacturing and assembly (i.e.: Make boxes, prep materials, load/unload raw materials, and/or package final products)
• Promote a safe and clean work environment by continuous cleaning throughout the day
• Assisting in quality assurance to ensure all parts meet Quality standards put forth by the customer
• Receive parts and materials, visually inspect all parts for defects to meet customer specifications
• Notify lead or management of any questions relating to the performance of job function, defective materials, components, tools or unusual operating problems
• Ability to perform repetitive production routines in compliance with specific processes and procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive fixture/machine operations in compliance with internal processes and procedures
• Ability to follow all safety procedures/rules

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday through Friday
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)

Assembly/Production : 1 year (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
